The excess of material is formed during the bars milling process and then, it must be manually removed. The manual removal significantly exceeds the process of bars preparation to assembly in the insulating glass. However, the application of the eco NDS cutting machine which treats bars with the profile cutter at a suitable angle without the necessity of their further treatment can be an alternative solution.
