Georgian bars
Internal georgian bar system - georgia 3000
Our product is a thin-lined, extruded georgian bars system of the thickness of 0,6 mm. It is a compromise between the current ≥ 1 mm, pressed aluminum thick georgian bars, and georgian bars formed from a < 0,5 mm thick aluminum strip.
This results in:
-
excellent structural rigidity - no more georgian bar vibrations within the glass pane;
- reduced weight - competitive with the aluminum strip georgian bars.
Georgian bars are available in for sizes:
8 x 10 mm, 18 x 8 mm, 26 x 8 mm or 45 x 8 mm.

Power coated in the following colour options:
- white
- brown - RAL 8014, 8016, 8017, 8022
- a color of choice from the RAL palette - custom ordered
single- or double-side veneer wood-like veneers foil.

The way of bars jointing most often applied, providing proper stiffness and aesthetics. It perfectly imitates window division, precisely reflects the joints applied in wooden fenestration. |

The system enables to assembly the bars inside of an IGU without the need of milling them. The solution connects the stiffness of milled bars (vertical elements aren’t cut, they are only drilled) with the simplicity of assembly of bars connected with a cross overlay. In contrast with bars connected with a cross overlay, beside of the connection stability there isn’t any difference in color or gloss (an overlay as well as bars are made of aluminum). The point of connection is covered what distinctly improves theaesthetics of the product. |

The georgian bar georginia is based on two different diameters. The vertical profile is used without cutting and stands for stability of the georgian bar cross. Due to the thinner diameter of the horizontical bar, the cross section is not visible and must not be covered by decor pieces.
